- To power your PowerWave, you will need an 18W charger or higher. For best results, use a charger with 30W output or above.
- Apple 5V chargers and computer USB ports do not have sufficient output. (If the input is 5V or below, the right LED indicator will flash green.)
- The iPhone 6 series, iPhone 7 series, and Samsung A series do not support wireless charging.
- This wireless charger is not compatible with MagSafe, and therefore is not able to charge the iPhone 12 series magnetically.
- Cases made of metal and attachments such as magnets, cards, and grips will interfere with charging.
